FATHERS DAY REVIEW (TRIPADVISOR)

First time to this lovely little pub. It’s been a really lovely experience. Staff are very friendly and very quick service! The food was quick and very very nice. Lovely roast beef, yummy potatoes, Yorkshire’s and veg finished with a yummy chocolate brownie - the best I’ve had with the white chocolate and honey comb! Highly recommend for a lovely lunch ❤️

GREAT LUNCH (TRIPADVISOR)

The best Shepherd's pie I have ever eaten in a pub. Lovely new landlord and his staff (family).

GREAT LUNCH (TRIPADVISOR)

It’s been a long time since we went to The Horns but heard it was under new management. Wonderful surprise, food was great, service perfect and the owner certainly knows what he’s doing! We all had smoked haddock scotch egg and it was just delicious. We will be back!

Without a doubt the greatest pub menu I’ve ever explored - delicious food and superb value. The Ploughman and Chicken Wings especially are the best I’ve ever had.

Lovely atmosphere with all you could want - Richard, Sam and Ellie have really cultivated something special and I can’t wait to go back soon.

Having growing up just around the corner we have been coming to the horns for over 15 years, although haven’t eaten here before with the new owners, I am delighted to say we had a fabulous lunch for Father’s Day!! Food and service was great! All topped off when my mum, asked the owner, Richard, for a very large glass of wine!!!!

Richard and team are super friendly and welcoming. This is a rural pub like you seldom find any more; fabulous atmosphere, great food, brilliant garden but still a pub and not turned into a restaurant.
